Speak to a licensed doctor by video, in English, without leaving home. Time Medics connects you to doctors who can see you by video consultation, 24 hours a day including weekends. Describe what is wrong, and doctors who can help reply with a time and their own fee. You see the exact figure before you accept, and nothing is charged unless you accept an offer. HOW IT WORKS • Describe your symptoms. Sending a request costs nothing and takes a couple of minutes. • A doctor replies with an appointment time and their fee. • Accept the offer you want, pay by card, and join the video call. • Message the same doctor for seven days afterwards at no extra cost. WHAT YOUR CONSULTATION FEE COVERS The video consultation, the follow-up messaging, and anything you asked for when you made the request. If your doctor issues a prescription, that is included. Referrals and certificates you decide you need afterwards are extra work your doctor prices themselves, and you approve the cost before anything is charged. WHAT WE CAN HELP WITH Infections, skin problems, stomach complaints, coughs and colds, urinary symptoms, travel health questions, prescription renewals, and certificates such as fit to work or fit to fly. IMPORTANT Time Medics is for non-urgent medical advice. If someone is seriously unwell or at risk, call 999, or 112 anywhere in Europe, or your local emergency number.
