About Vita - Private Health Journey
Vita keeps your lab results in one private place and shows you how they change over time. Add a report as a PDF or photo. Vita reads it on your device, matches each test to the same test on your earlier reports — even from a different lab, in different units — and puts them on one clear timeline. See what moved, what stayed steady, and how each value sits against the reference range printed on your own report. EVERYTHING STAYS ON YOUR PHONE • No account, no sign-up, no servers. • Reports and results are stored encrypted on your device only. • Nothing is uploaded, shared, or used for advertising. • Optional Face ID lock and an encrypted backup you control. WHAT VITA DOES • Reads lab reports from labs around the world and converts units so results line up. • Shows each marker as a dated trend, with your own report's range for context. • Compares any two reports side by side. • Builds a clean one-page PDF summary of your results to hand to your doctor. • Keeps your original report files in a dated vault. • Lets you add a reading by hand, and set your own reminders. • Optionally reads Apple Health (heart rate, sleep, activity) to show those trends too. WHAT VITA DOESN'T DO Vita shows your data and the patterns in it. It does not interpret results, diagnose, or give medical advice. It is not a medical device. What your results mean is a conversation for you and your doctor — Vita just makes sure you arrive with a clear, complete record. Works on iPhone. Some features use Apple Intelligence on supported devices.
What’s new
Version 1.1 · Updated September 13, 2026
Vita 1.1 • Diary. A line a day: how you slept, a headache, anything you'd mention to a doctor. Tags, an optional 1–5 rating and an optional date. Vita never replies to what you write. • Medicines. Type them in or read them straight off a prescription photo or PDF. Daily reminders at the times you choose. • Documents. Prescriptions, scans and letters filed by date beside your lab reports, originals kept in Vita's encrypted vault. Take a photo of a printed report to add it. • Family. Keep a parent's or partner's records on the same phone, each in their own space, behind one Face ID lock. • Summary for my doctor. One PDF with an overview of what changed, every result against its own printed range, your medicines, your diary in your own words and the questions you wrote down. • Four looks. Record card, Iodine, Warm journal and Instrument, in Settings. • Face ID is now on by default. Everything is still encrypted on your phone. Nothing is uploaded, ever. • Reads more reports correctly, including multi-page Indian lab reports and photographed printouts. Vita records and organises. It does not interpret results or give medical advice.
