HOW IT WORKS 1. Create a claim with just the property address. A satellite view confirms the property. 2. Get the claim document three ways: upload the PDF yourself, text or email your client a secure link so they can share it, or forward the insurer's email straight to your claim's unique address. 3. Answer a short guided assessment about the roof: old material, pitch, stories, vents, flashing, gutters. The app pre-fills what it already read from the estimate. 4. Review the counter. Every added line shows why it belongs there, in plain insurer-facing language. Photo evidence is requested only where a carrier will demand it. 5.
