RIALZA

RIALZA supports you as you work to change an unwanted online habit. Get a short video when an urge hits, and turn to a moderated community when you want more support. WHEN AN URGE HITS Tap “I’m struggling right now” to open a short support video. Take a moment to pause and focus on your next choice. WHEN A VIDEO ISN’T ENOUGH Read others’ experiences in the community, share your own under a pseudonym, and connect with people working toward a similar change. You can start by reading and join the conversation when you’re ready. PROGRESS BEYOND A STREAK Track the time since your last setback and work through 30 short lessons, one step at a time. If you have a setback, record it and keep going. Your timer may restart, but the lessons you’ve completed stay with you. PROTECTION YOU CHOOSE Use optional website filtering and app limits.
