What’s new

Version 1.0.1 · Updated September 29, 2026

Faster check-in at the door, and a clearer picture of the night. • Check a whole party in with one tap. The guest lookup now defaults to every ticket a person still holds, so a family of five goes in together instead of one at a time — with per-ticket control when you need it, and an Undo on the row you just admitted. • Transferred tickets are handled properly. When a buyer has passed tickets on to friends, each recipient is listed under their own name and can be found by it, and admitting the buyer no longer spends a ticket belonging to someone still in the queue. • Tap any order to see it seat by seat: which tickets are inside, when each one went through, and who let them in. • New — Missed check-in. See the difference between guests who never turned up and parties who arrived while some of their tickets were never scanned. The second is an operations issue you can fix before the night. • New — Team management. Owners and admins can see the team, invite staff by email, change access levels and remove people, from Profile → Organization. • Multi-night passes now appear once in Orders instead of once per night, with every night they cover listed on the row. Ticket counts and s are correct for them. • Every event date and time now reads on the venue's clock rather than your phone's, so a door time can be checked against the clock on t wall. An order's placed time shows both, clearly labelled. • Expected and checked-in totals now agree everywhere in the app, including for partly refunded orders. • Searching for a guest now works however the name was typed — surname, first, extra spaces, or a middle name on either side.
