About Pace, Please: Pregnancy

Pregnancy changes more than a number. Energy, mood, rest, appetite, questions, and the amount of information you can hold may change from one day to the next. Pace, Please is a warm, private pregnancy home that meets you where you are. Keep the essentials together, prepare for care, and set the emotional volume of the app with Hold me, Keep it clear, or Quiet today. WHAT'S INSIDE - 15 distinct wellness trackers: mood, energy, symptoms, sleep, water, food context, movement, medication or supplements, weight, blood pressure, blood glucose, baby movement, contractions, journal, and bump memory, with correctable histories and no streaks, grades, or targets - A week-by-week guide in three strands (You, Baby or babies, Together), written for adults, with sources and review dates visible - Full-screen care cards you can show, speak aloud, or share when words are hard, plus a private sensory and communication profile - A private Careboard for appointments, questions, neutral on-device reminders, check-ins, preparation items, and supporter actions - A bounded Pace companion for arriving, reflecting, preparing words, or choosing one gentle next step; not a general chat and not a clinician - A home that changes form for pregnancy, uncertainty, a changed or ended pregnancy, and postpartum, always keeping one calm next step visible - Region-routed official safety information (FDA and CDC in the United States, Charité Embryotox and gesund.bund.de in Germany, WHO guidance elsewhere) and a direct route to your care contacts - Optional Face ID, Touch ID, or passcode lock FREE AND PREMIUM Weeks 4–15 of the guide, every tracker, care cards, care contacts, safety routes, privacy tools, and your first saved care moment are free. Pace Premium, a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription, continues the guide from week 16 through week 42 and adds deeper context you explicitly choose, Pace Pattern (a local reflection built only from your own energy entries), Living Margin Arrange, Draft Studio and Pace Arrange on supported Apple Intelligence devices in supported languages, and unlimited saved care moments. Apple shows the exact price and renewal terms before purchase; subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your Apple Account settings. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account, no ads, no analytics, no developer server. Everything you enter stays on your device in protected storage; an encrypted recovery copy or a plain-text export is created only when you ask. Optional Premium intelligence runs on device with Apple Intelligence, only when you explicitly ask, using only the text you chose for that action, never your profile, history, or records, and it never saves or shares a result on its own. Privacy Policy: https://mamabloom.app/pacepleaseapp/privacy Terms of Use (Apple Standard EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ Pace, Please is a wellness and communication-support app. It does not provide medical advice, diagnose or interpret symptoms, assess urgency, monitor a pregnancy, or replace qualified care. What’s new

Version 1.2 · Updated October 12, 2026

Pace now stays with you after the birth, and keeping a record takes fewer taps. • Weeks after the birth: a twelve-week guide to recovery, words for your care team and asks for your supporters. Every factual line names its public source, with a link to check it yourself. Weeks 1 and 2 are free; weeks 3–12 are part of Premium. • Add the birth date if you want the guide to count the weeks. It stays on your iPhone, and you can change or remove it. • Starting again later? When you choose “Pregnant” after a birth, Pace asks whether this is a new pregnancy. Everything you kept from the earlier one stays saved and in your export, apart from the new one. • Controls for Control Center and the Lock Screen: “Help now”, “Log how I feel” and “Start timing” open Pace at that screen in one press. They show nothing about you. • Faster repeat records: blood pressure keeps position, arm and repeat readings together; medication offers the names you used in the last 30 days; set sleep and movement with one swipe, water with one tap. • United Kingdom: Help now shows 999 and NHS 111, with UK public sources throughout. • Ready for iPhone Duo: Pace uses the whole cover screen and the large inner screen. • VoiceOver, the largest text sizes and dark mode work across every new screen.
