About HealthLit: Symptom Diary
A symptom diary for people managing chronic conditions — built so that logging takes seconds, even on a bad day. WHEN YOU'RE IN PAIN, LOGGING SHOULD BE FAST Open the app, pick what you're feeling, set the severity, save. Every other field is optional. Log several symptoms in one sitting, each with its own details — because a headache that lasted all day and fatigue that lifted after an hour are different things worth recording differently. YOUR STORY, READY FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT Appointments are short and it's hard to summarize months of symptoms from memory. HealthLit turns your entries into a structured summary covering the questions clinicians actually ask: when it started, how it's changed, what you're experiencing, how often and for how long, patterns you've recorded, what seems to help, what else happens alongside, and what you've tried. Pick any date range, edit any section in your own words, then print it or share it as a PDF. EVERY NUMBER IS TRACEABLE Tap any sentence in a report to see the exact entries behind it. Nothing is invented, estimated, or generated by AI — reports are calculated on your device from what you logged, so they work offline and every figure can be checked against your own data. HealthLit is deliberately cautious about what it claims. It reports what you recorded and how often things occurred together. It does not tell you what caused what. WORKS WITHOUT AN ACCOUNT Everything is stored on your device and every feature works offline. Signing in is optional and only adds a backup so you can move between devices. No ads, no tracking, and your health data is never sold. ALSO INCLUDED • Severity trends and frequency charts • Body map for marking where it hurts • Custom symptoms beyond the built-in ones • Medication list, linkable to individual entries • Full history, searchable and editable • Light and dark mode IMPORTANT HealthLit is a symptom diary, not a medical device. It does not diagnose conditions, identify causes, predict outcomes, or recommend treatment. Always speak to a qualified clinician about your health.
