About Parella: You & Me for couples
Parella (formerly You & Me) is an app for couples: a shared calendar, a chat, a days-together counter and goals for two in one calm place. No feed, no likes, nobody else: just you, your partner and everything you share. WHAT'S INSIDE • Shared calendar Date nights, trips, appointments, birthdays — you both see the same schedule. Anniversaries repeat every year, an event that matters can remind you, and a ticket or booking goes with it. • A chat for two No group threads, no outsiders. Photos, voice messages, video circles, reactions, replies and read receipts. • "Together for" counter The date it all started and the days since — on the home screen and widget. • Widgets for the home screen Days together, moods, events, tasks you can tick off, a note, the photo of the day and the cycle day — without opening the app. • Mood of the day Log how your day goes and see your partner's. A month of history shows how you both have been. • Games and questions for two Questions for each other, "Secret answers", "Which of us?", a reaction duel, tic-tac-toe. "Dilemma" — on one phone or on two: see where you agree. • Assistant Say or type "dinner with Anya on Saturday at seven" and it makes the event, chore or shopping item, showing what it will create first. It answers questions about your week, too. • Cycle calendar Whoever has a cycle marks a period's first and last day; the app works out the cycle and the next date; the partner sees what to expect. If you both have one, each gets their own — and only you two see it. • Shared goals The dream trip, the renovation, the half marathon — with a checklist, a cover and progress you both see. If it is about money, set an amount: you see what is saved and what is left, and the pot is shared. • Letters to the future A letter that opens no earlier than the day you pick. Until then nobody can read it, the author included: it stays sealed on the server. • Wishlists Each of you keeps a list with photos, prices and links. Your partner can reserve a gift without you finding out — the surprise stays a surprise. • Agreements Write down what you two settled on: who cooks, how you argue, what matters. Stopped working? Tap "Talk it over" and your partner sees it on the home screen. • Lists A shopping list, films and books, places to go — a place gets an address and directions. A tick shows on their phone at once; films and books get a genre and a rating. Chores are shared: "I'll take it" or "For Asya" — you both see who took what. • Notes The door code, the Wi-Fi password at your parents', an idea for the weekend. Pinned ones come first and show on the home screen; one can greet your partner on opening. • Documents Policies, tickets, contracts and scans — one shared folder, up to 50 MB. • Loyalty cards Store cards for both: the number becomes a barcode or QR for the till. • Shared contacts One address book for two: doctor, plumber, parents, friends. • Album of memories Shared photos with captions and dates. Up to 75 MB per couple. • App lock It opens the way your phone does — fingerprint, face or passcode. HOW IT WORKS One of you creates the couple space and gets a code or a link; the other joins — and everything shared appears for both. Changes sync in real time across different phones. Good for long-distance couples too: one calendar, one chat, the same lists. Russian and English interface, light and dark themes. For couples at any stage: just dating, living together or married for years.

What’s new
Version 1.39.0 · Updated October 7, 2026
• The app is now called Parella and has a new icon — Clay and Sage, the characters from the stickers. Your data and your couple are all still there, and there’s no need to sign in again. • A new game — “Stories”: short stories for two where each of you chooses on your own phone, and the choices are revealed once both are made. It’s in “Ours” → “All games”. • Clay and Sage are now in the app itself: on section icons, in place of initials on avatars without a photo, and wherever things are still empty — a new chat, lists and wishlists. They also wait for your partner with you and show up when there’s no connection. • Clay and Sage now show your mood: five of their faces instead of emoji — on the home screen and on the “Mood history” screen. Your mood shows on your character’s face, your partner’s on theirs. • Tic-tac-toe for two is in “Ours” → “All games”: take turns, each on your own phone, and your move waits for your partner even when the app is closed. • Tasks can now repeat every day, every week or every month — edit a task, “More” → “Repeat”. When you tick one off, it moves to “Done” and the same task takes its place for next time. • All photos, voice messages and clips from the chat are now on one screen, by month: a photo opens full screen, a voice message plays right in the list. It’s under the paperclip: “All photos, voice messages and clips”. • Home screen widgets now follow the app’s theme: if you’ve picked dark or light in the app, the widgets match it, even when your phone uses the other one. The “Together” widget shows mood faces — yours and your partner’s. • Home screen widgets now match the app’s colour. To pick a colour: Settings → Look and home → Colour. • Confirm your email to get three chat stickers from Clay and Sage. They’ll appear at the end of the sticker panel. • You can now arrange your loyalty cards: press and hold a card, then drag it. The order is shared, so your partner sees it too. If your partner’s app is older, the cards stay as they were on their phone. • Secret answers now has twice as many of its usual questions — a hundred and twenty. New questions come mixed in with the earlier ones, and those you’ve already answered won’t come up again. • A sent photo of the day now goes into the album together with its caption. You can also fix your caption after sending — just tap the words on the home screen. • If a photo doesn’t load because of a server hiccup, the app tries a few more times on its own, and again when you come back to it. Photos, voice messages and clips the server didn’t accept go out again after a few seconds. If that fails too, your shot and caption stay put — just tap “Retry”. • If you’ve already seen a message, reaction or event in the app, you won’t get a notification about it afterwards. • Emails about news and offers come only if you’ve agreed to them: with the tick box when you sign up, or the “Emails from Parella” row in Settings → Notifications. They’re off by default. • The “Year together” picture and the game result card now end with the Parella mark and name instead of a link. • In the wishlist, “Came true” and “Gifted” can be undone right away with “Undo”. • On iPhone with iOS 27, the dark theme no longer has a light band at the top of the screen. • The calendar is simpler: in the event form, category and attachments are now under “More”, and “Repeat” is a single row, like “When”. • The chat now shows when your partner is in the app: a ring around their photo and “in the app” under their name. The mark works only when both of you have turned it on: Settings → Data and account → Data and security, the “Partner in the app” card. It is off by default, and the app keeps no history of visits.
