About Lenara: Sleep Stories Tonight

Press play, and a slow voice begins a quiet story while your room fills with soft sound. Every sleep story in Lenara was written in the language you listen in, never translated. Its own places, its own weather, its own pace. In English, German, Dutch, Swedish, Korean, Japanese and thirteen more. Stories written for your language More than a thousand original sleep stories, hundreds of guided meditations and dozens of continuing series, in 19 languages. Most stories run fifteen to twenty minutes, read slowly and softly. Most listeners are asleep before the end. New stories arrive every week, no update needed. 50+ sleep sounds your phone makes itself Rain on a tent. A summer night full of crickets. Morning birds. A river, a fireplace, a night train, a thunderstorm far away. Lenara generates every sound live on your device, so there is no loop to notice and no data used while it plays. Six families: rain, nature, water, home, travel and noise. A sleep plan, not just a timer Choose how many stories play tonight and what follows: nothing, or a while of ambience picked from your favorites. The last story fades away in its final half minute, then the screen dims. Lenara remembers your plan for every night after. Whisper mode The same story, whispered. For nights when calm narration is still too much. Guided meditations by topic Falling asleep, anxiety, body scan, breathing, morning, focus, gratitude, letting go of tension. Written for each language, with real pauses. Series that continue night after night Five-chapter stories set in one place. Each chapter ends in a pause rather than a cliffhanger, so you come back tomorrow instead of staying awake. Made for real bedtime habits Download stories for offline nights. Save favorite stories and sounds, build playlists, keep a streak. Background playback and lock screen controls mean you never have to keep the app open.
