About Strido Coaching
Strido connects riders and trainers: film your ride, upload the video and get feedback right where it matters. Your trainer adds time-stamped comments – one tap and you jump straight to that moment in the video. • Video feedback: upload videos and get time-stamped comments from your trainer • Training plans: tasks from the feedback, with a due date and a note – answer them directly with a new video • Live coaching: book sessions with your trainer and train together via video call • Groups: join your trainer's group via invite link or QR code • For trainers: review videos, set availability and booking rules, keep track of your sessions • News right in the app Strido is free. At launch, access is invite-only – you get the invite code from your trainer.
What’s new
Version 1.3.0 · Updated October 22, 2026
• Notifications for replies to comments: When someone replies to a comment on your video, or in a thread you wrote in, you get a notification and an email once the video has been reviewed. You can now turn the emails off in the app too. • Students upload the videos for review: As an expert, you no longer upload your own videos for review. Home and Videos no longer offer you an upload for them. • Cancellations when a group is deleted: When a trainer deletes a group, everyone with an upcoming session in it gets a cancellation. • Recordings in your language: Recordings of your live coaching sessions now have a title and description in your language, with the time in your time zone. • Titles visible again on iOS 26: On iPhones with iOS 26, the Sessions and Profile tabs show their title again. • Clearer empty session lists: When Upcoming or Cancelled is empty, it now says which sessions will appear there.
