Knoto - People Notes & Journal

A friend's wish saved in a screenshot, a coworker's fun life story kept in mind, a professor's habits and insights noted down, or your partner’s little preferences... Our memories of people are scattered everywhere, yet we often lack a gentle, unified space to store them all. Knoto is a genuinely free-form people notes app. From cross-platform contacts and close family to casual acquaintances, Knoto helps you retain every detail effortlessly. 【Best Use Cases for Knoto】 • When you care deeply, but have a bad memory: Never forget a friend’s recent update, a family member’s preference, or your partner’s casual wish. • Connections scattered across apps & reality: Keep track of contacts from different platforms, or professors and clients with no chat history, all in one calm space. • Right after a meeting or hangout: While your memory is fresh, spend 30 seconds capturing new updates, shared insights, and future promises. • Warm personal, academic & professional moments: Note down a professor’s unique perspective, a coworker’s casual update, or a new friend’s pet name, then surprise them with a thoughtful mention next time you talk. • Important dates & promises: Birthdays, anniversaries, or future commitments—set timely reminders so nothing slips through the cracks. 【Truly Flexible, No Rigid Categories】 No predefined categories or mandatory fields. Your profile cards grow dynamically based on what you actually choose to write. Beyond basic Profiles, you can freely record Impressions, Quick Notes, and Events. 【Two Ways to Record, Zero Friction】 • Journal-Style Quick Dump: Just left a hangout? Type freely using simple symbols, and details instantly route to the right person’s page. • Direct Profile Editing: Want to update someone’s details? Open their dedicated page and add new blocks directly with complete peace of mind. 【Unlimited People, No Artificial Limits】 We believe remembering the people in your life shouldn’t come with a quota.
