Topf: Expense Tracker

Topf is an expense tracker that doesn’t take time: say what you spent or type it in two taps, and your book lives on your phone. BY VOICE OR IN TWO TAPS Say “coffee three eighty and gym membership thirty euros every month” and Topf creates two entries: a one-time transaction and a monthly one. By hand it is just as quick: amount, category, done. You can start an entry from the Lock Screen, with the Action Button, from Control Center or through Siri; see the month’s total in a widget. RECEIPTS FROM A PHOTO Take a photo of a receipt or pick one from your gallery, and Topf turns it into transactions: as one total or by category. Before anything is saved, you see the result and can check it against the receipt. ONE BOOK FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY Invite the people you share money with and keep one book together: shared accounts, shared categories, and everyone sees the others’ entries. WHERE THE MONEY WENT The whole month in one picture: where your money went, by category, and what is still left to pay before the month ends. BUDGETS Set an amount for a week, a month or a year — for groceries, for transport or for all your spending — and Topf shows how much you can still spend before the period ends and how much that comes to per day, counting the payments still to come. Your budgets are on the main screen, and widgets put them on your Home Screen and Lock Screen. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND BILLS Subscriptions and regular payments don’t get lost: Topf shows you ahead of time what is due and when. IMPORT AND EXPORT Bring your history over from another app, a bank or Excel: Topf reads the CSV table and shows how the transactions will land in your book before you import. You can export your transactions to CSV at any time, for free. YOUR BOOK IS YOURS A complete copy of your book is on the device: add entries and browse your history with no connection. Voice input and receipt scanning require a connection. No ads, no trackers, no selling your data; deleting your account deletes your data. You can start without signing up. TOPF PLUS Topf is free.
