Sparks Provider keeps field work and provider administration connected, from the day’s roster to the records managers review, in one role-aware app. FOR SUPPORT WORKERS • View upcoming and past shifts, including group sessions • Read participant briefs before a shift • Record attendance, tasks and shift notes • Log travel, expenses and incidents • Submit timesheets and update unavailability • Add worker documents by camera, photo or file FOR OWNERS AND ADMINS • Manage schedules, participants and staff • Review timesheets and operational reports • Reference service agreements and price guides • Prepare invoice drafts for deliberate review • Check business settings and Xero connection status Your organisation membership determines the workspace shown after sign-in. Owner and admin manager access requires an annual in-app subscription. Workers access the app through their provider organisation. Finance items remain drafts until an authorised user reviews and takes the relevant action.
