New Year Goals & Resolution

A resolution you write down is a wish. A resolution you sign is a contract. New Year Goals turns each resolution into a Decision Contract: before you can save a goal, you must write down WHY it matters and set a deadline with 2-5 milestones. That "why" is not decoration. It is the enforcement mechanism. Miss a weekly check-in and the goal goes At Risk. The app then shows you your own words, full screen, and will not let you continue until you read them and choose to recommit. No streak counter, no guilt badge, just the sentence you wrote when you still believed in it. HOW IT WORKS • Write the goal, the why, the deadline • Break it into 2-5 milestones you can actually finish • Check in once a week, not once a day, with a Sunday evening reminder • Slip, and the recommitment gate brings you back • End of year: a scorecard of what you finished, missed and recommitted to WHY WEEKLY, NOT DAILY Daily streaks punish real life. A week is long enough to recover from a bad day and short enough to keep you honest. FREE Three active commitments with the full contract, check-in, reminders, recommitment and year-end scorecard. PREMIUM Unlimited commitments, a shareable scorecard card and extra themes. No account. No ads. Your goals stay on your device.
