NO ACCOUNT, NO PASSWORD There is nothing to sign up for. Stepdy uses the iCloud account already on your iPhone, so you are on a board the moment you open it. No email, no password, nothing to remember. WHAT LEAVES YOUR IPHONE The detailed records Stepdy reads from Apple Health — steps, distance, active energy and, for your activities, heart rate and workouts — are used to draw your own screens and never leave the device unless you export them yourself. Only step totals are shared: with the world and country leaderboards if you choose to appear on them (switch it off any time in the You tab), and with the groups you join. Nothing is sold or used for advertising, and Stepdy writes to Apple Health only to save the activities you record with an Apple Watch.
