About Foodakl: AI Calorie Counter

Foodakl is a calorie counter and food tracker for iPhone that reads a photo of your meal. It names each dish on the plate, estimates its calories, protein, carbs and fat, and says how sure it is. Free to use, with no account. Photo reading is part of Premium, with 7 days free and no card. No database to search and nothing to type. Point the camera at dinner and Foodakl keeps the record. It reads the plate, item by item Rice, roti, curry, the oil you cannot see: each one named, portioned and counted on its own, so the total is built from parts you can check. Every number says how sure it is and why, and when a plate is genuinely ambiguous, it asks. It learns your foods Fix a food once or twice and Foodakl remembers it on every photo after, with Undo. No photograph? Describe it, or search Type what you ate and Premium reads the words the way it reads a photo. Or search close to three thousand dishes across forty-one kitchens and log one in a couple of taps. Ask your record anything With Premium, ask in your own words. It works the answer out from your own record, and can log a meal, set a target or remember something for you. Meet Youme A small record-keeper who lives in the app. She turns up when something happens, has plenty to say, and never judges a plate. Your record, not a streak toy Every plate you have logged, as a list, a calendar or a wall of pictures. Export it whenever you like. Unlogged days are gaps, never zeros. The other half of the picture Weigh-ins, measurements and progress photos, kept on your device. Seven hundred exercises with demonstrations and timers; runs, rides and games beside the lifting; and a training gem that grows rarer with the weeks. Meals, water and weigh-ins can go out to Apple Health, and your steps and scale readings come back in. Water, fasting and supplements Glasses, caffeine and supplements counted beside the food. Fasting windows you set yourself, dawn-to-dusk included. Fasting and supplements each keep a month of rings. The pattern, once there is one Your week read back as observations, never instructions: what the eating is doing to the weight line, where the protein came from. It waits until it has enough to say something true. One idea for tonight Cannot decide? The Draw gives you one suggestion that fits the room you have left. --- What Foodakl will not do It does not moralise. There is no green tick for a salad and no red warning for a slice of cake, and it has no opinion about your body. The photograph is not kept. A reduced copy of one plate goes out to be read. Our server never writes it to disk, logs it or stores it, and the service that reads it keeps requests for a limited time only to detect abuse — never to train. The original never leaves your phone, and progress photos never travel at all. Your record is never held hostage by a subscription — export it, back it up, or delete it, paid or not. Not a medical device. Foodakl estimates and records. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition; for medical advice, talk to a healthcare professional. --- Free for seven days, then $4.99 a month or $39.99 a year. No card to start the trial. Free after that is the whole app minus the readings, because looking at a plate costs real money every time.
