Gosai: Tile Puzzle

Gosai is a solo tile-laying puzzle inspired by Kutani ware — Japanese porcelain famous for its five overglaze colors. Pick a pile and take its three tiles. Place each one on a cell whose dots match its color. When the piles run out, the kiln opens, and your board is scored by three cards: fill the rim, build the diagonal, gather a flock of one color. Only the final board counts. NO LUCK Every pile — and the order in which they vanish — is visible from your very first move. There is nothing to draw and nothing to hope for. If you fall short, there was a better line, and you can find it. Stars are awarded at 55%, 75% and 92% of the best score possible on that exact board. Match the best score, and the firing is perfect.
