InkMoment - Daily Poem Widget

One fitting line of poetry, on your home screen. InkMoment is not a poetry database. It is a curator. It reads the current weather, hour, solar term, and moon phase, then chooses one line from 3,192 classical Chinese poems that suits the moment — rain has its lines, early autumn has its own. ■ Vertical, the way it was written Real vertical typesetting: columns running right to left, punctuation in its proper vertical form, the colophon to the left of the poem, the seal following the last word. Not horizontal text rotated ninety degrees. ■ Home screen and Lock Screen Three home-screen widget sizes plus three Lock Screen forms. Widgets change with the sky — you never need to open the app. ■ Paper cards Export as wallpaper, square, or tall card, with paper texture and your own seal. Free to export, with no watermark. ■ Solar term almanac The 24 solar terms and 72 pentads, each paired with a poem. ■ Traditional/Simplified · Vertical/Horizontal · Four languages Poems in traditional or simplified characters, set vertically or horizontally. Interface in Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Japanese, and English. ■ About the purchase One payment, yours permanently. No subscription, no auto-renewal, no account. The free tier is meant to be lived with: the Plain Paper style (S/M/L), two traditional colour themes, the daily poem, the solar term almanac, script and orientation switching, and watermark-free card export. The purchase unlocks all five widget styles, all six traditional colour themes, paper textures with the seal, and the weather-linked widget. ■ About weather Weather comes from Apple WeatherKit and is used only to choose a poem. Declining location access is fine — the app then selects by solar term and time of day, and you can pick a city manually. —— All poems are public-domain works; the interpretive notes are written by the author. Bundled with LXGW WenKai (SIL Open Font License 1.1).
