Arum Stargate

Arum Stargate keeps you up to date on the cases you have entrusted to us — from the moment an order is received to the day it leaves for delivery. FOLLOW EVERY CASE See all of your orders in one list, each showing the production stage it has reached. Search by order number, reference or product to find a specific case in seconds, and open any order to review its details. KNOW WITHOUT CHECKING Notifications let you know when a case moves to a new stage, so you find out that a job has been dispatched without having to go and look. ASK US ANYTHING, ANY TIME Message us from the app and get an answer straight away. Our AI Assistant is available 24 hours a day and understands whichever language you write in. If you would rather speak to a person, ask for a member of our team and we will take the conversation over. Attach photos and files when something is easier to show than to describe. YOUR INVOICES IN ONE PLACE Browse your monthly statement to see top-ups, invoices and your closing balance for any month. Open an invoice to read it in full, print it or save it as a PDF. KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR ACCOUNT Check your current balance and review recent transactions at a glance. WORKS IN YOUR LANGUAGE Available in 25 languages, including English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, Polish, Hungarian, Romanian and Czech. ACCESS Arum Stargate is for existing customers.
