Nexty: ADHD Planner & Focus

Make a little room for your day. Nexty is a daily planner designed with ADHD in mind, with clear tasks, small steps and time you can see. PLAN TODAY AND BEYOND Keep your tasks in Now, Later and Not today. Swipe through calendar weeks or choose a date to plan ahead. Break a task into steps and give it the time it needs. SPIN FOR A STARTING POINT Let the Wheel choose a routine. Mark it as done or add it to your calendar for today. Customize your choices and spin whenever you like. FIND A ROUTINE THAT FITS Explore ten illustrated routines and four three-day programs in Inspire. Add a routine for today or a small activity for each day of a program, without leaving the page. Adjust the dates in your calendar whenever you need. FOCUS ON ONE THING Use a visual timer with brown noise or nature sounds. Start Focus from a calendar task with a duration; when the timer finishes, Nexty completes the task and returns you to your calendar. Listen independently from Inspire, with an optional stop timer. YOUR DAY, AT A GLANCE Preview all eleven widget designs in Settings. Next task and Today's agenda are free. Premium adds week, month, progress and mood views, task completion, Focus controls and Lock Screen designs. Complete tasks or choose a sound and control Focus from the Home Screen on iOS 17 or later. Follow an active Focus session with a Live Activity. CHECK IN WITH YOURSELF Choose how you feel and open a little note of encouragement. Your mood calendar stays on your device. Add or change past entries, delete them, or turn off the daily question whenever you like. MAKE IT YOURS See your activity history and celebrate your progress. Choose English or Spanish in Settings. Keep your plans on your device, with no account to create. Planning works offline; purchases and restoring access need a connection. FREE TO START, EXTRAS WITH PREMIUM The free app includes Today, Calendar, unlimited Wheel spins, Inspire routines and programs, three cleaning routines, progress history, mood check-ins and history, the visual timer, brown noise and two widgets.
