About Reanimo – Erste Hilfe & CPR
Reanimo helps you stay calm and act correctly in an emergency – and perform CPR at the right rhythm. In an emergency, every second counts. Reanimo guides you step by step: check the person for a response and for breathing, and – depending on the situation – place them in the recovery position or start chest compressions. A clearly visible metronome keeps you at the recommended 100–120 compressions per minute: on iPhone with a large counting display and a click sound, and on Apple Watch additionally as a vibration on your wrist. Important: Reanimo is not a substitute for first-aid training or medical judgment. In an emergency, always call your local emergency number first. EMERGENCY & PRACTICE - Guided emergency flow with decision help: responsive? breathing? what to do next - Practice mode with a summary (duration, cycles, average rate) METRONOME - 100–120 compressions per minute, adjustable (default 110) - Large counting display and click sound on iPhone - Apple Watch as a vibration metronome on your wrist - Works completely without an Apple Watch - Quick launch from an Apple Watch complication ADULT & CHILD - Adult: 30 compressions, 2 rescue breaths (30:2) - Child: 5 initial breaths, then 15:2 - Rate and compression-depth hints adapt to your choice GUIDE - Clear explanations of compressions, rescue breaths, recovery position and AED - Call emergency services directly from the app REANIMO PRO (one-time purchase) - AED map: defibrillators nearby and in other locations - Infant mode - Extended practice scenarios and statistics The core emergency features stay free and ad-free forever. It is not aligned with the recommendations of other countries or organizations, such as the American Heart Association. Procedures, recommendations and emergency numbers may differ there.
