Svitlo shows the power outage schedule for your queue — today and tomorrow, accurate to half an hour. The point: the timer lives on your Lock Screen. Most operators publish a schedule only while restrictions are in force — such a region switches on by itself the moment one appears. No app update is needed. You can find your queue by address in Kyiv, and in Kyiv, Dnipropetrovsk and Odesa oblasts. Some operators publish their schedule only as a picture. When it can’t be read reliably (in Khmelnytskyi oblast — always), the app shows the operator’s own picture with its date instead of guessing — there is no timer or notification for such a schedule. The data comes from the schedules the operators publish. Emergency outages are not part of a planned schedule — the screen says so plainly. For Kyiv and Dnipro the app can tell you when the operator declares emergency outages. The app is independent and is not an official app of any operator or government body. Operator names and street names are shown as the operators publish them, in Ukrainian.
