Mishkah: Quran & Prayer Times

Mishkah is a daily companion: the Madani mushaf in the King Fahd Complex's own page fonts, adhkar at their times, and prayer times and qibla computed on your own device. THE MUSHAF All 604 pages of the Madani mushaf, page by page, in the King Fahd Complex's own page fonts, and all of it readable without a connection. Find any ayah by its words, spelled the way you write them, or by its number; and read al-Mukhtasar's tafsir of every ayah on the page, in Arabic or English. RECITATION Listen to the Qur'an in the voice of one of fifteen reciters, among them Mishary Alafasy, Abdul Basit, al-Husary and al-Sudais, and hear each before you choose. The mushaf reads aloud from your place, marks each ayah as it is recited and turns the pages, with the screen locked too. Today's ayah and the adhkar that are whole ayat have a play button. KHATMA Choose how many days to read the whole mushaf in. Mishkah gives you the day's pages, follows your reading as you turn them, and reminds you. PRAYER TIMES AND ADHKAR WINDOWS Prayer times, the middle of the night, and the morning and evening adhkar windows are computed on your device from your location, and follow you when you travel. A sound at each prayer time; the adhkar reminders stay quiet. FASTING Optional reminders the evening before Mondays and Thursdays, the white days, Arafah and Ashura. QIBLA A compass that tells you which way to turn and how far, along the true great-circle bearing to the Kaaba. Or look through the camera: a 3D Kaaba stands in the qibla's direction over what is in front of you, and with the phone held flat a path of light on the floor points the way. Nothing from the camera is recorded or sent. ADHKAR Waking, morning, evening, after-prayer and sleep sessions, curated collections, Qur'anic du'as, and an entry point by how you are feeling. WIDGETS Prayer times on the Home Screen and the Lock Screen, prayer cards you tap to turn, a tracker to tick off each prayer, your khatma's portion for the day, a dhikr that changes when you tap it, the next sunnah fast, the night's last third, the Hijri date and the qibla. In Control Center: the qibla, today's wird, the adhkar and the tasbih. PRIVACY No ads, no accounts, no tracking, and nothing is collected about what you read.
