Phenom Elevate

Phenom Elevate is your daily performance app. Your coaching sessions, reflections, and answers are private — your employer never sees them. That's enforced in the database, not just promised. WHAT YOU DO EACH DAY Open it and see one short list: today's Rep session, this week's team action, and any challenge you've joined. Two or three things, a few minutes, done. Train with Rep. Short guided sessions across ten pillars — confidence, stress management, focus, emotional resilience, teamwork, habits, leadership, creativity, time management, and resilience. Each one ends with a single thing to try today. Build a streak. Any pillar counts. Miss a day and a shield covers it, so one bad week doesn't erase a month. Take on challenges. Your team runs challenges together. You see how the team is doing without anyone seeing your individual answers. LEAD YOUR TEAM A ten-module course for leaders at all levels — one step a day, about twelve minutes a week. Plus a private space to think through a hard conversation before you have it. POINTS AND REWARDS Some companies fund a rewards programme. If yours does, points come from showing up and you'll see what they're worth in the app. If it doesn't, there are no points to chase — just the work and your streak. GETTING STARTED Phenom Elevate is provided by your employer. You'll receive an invitation by email. If you haven't received one, ask your admin. Questions: [email protected]
