DREAMSTREAM: Career GPS

Every kid has a dream. DREAMSTREAM turns what lights them up into durable skills — and shows them the next real step toward it. Not the whole path at once. Just the step right in front of them. A CAREER GPS, NOT A CAREER TEST Most career tools hand a teenager a personality type and a list of job titles. DREAMSTREAM hands them a route. Tell us what they're into — "I want to build apps," "I want to help people as a doctor," or just a few interest areas — and DREAMSTREAM builds a personalized pathway: an ordered set of milestones for the next one to two years, each written in plain counselor language, each matched to real programs they can sign up for. REAL OPPORTUNITIES, NOT GENERIC ADVICE Every step is grounded in a curated catalog of vetted opportunity providers — summer programs, online courses, clubs, certifications, volunteer roles, apprenticeship on-ramps, and local organizations. You see the cost, the format, who it's for, and what your student walks away with. Where a step is better done independently, DREAMSTREAM says so and lays out a do-it-yourself version instead. It also shows the options it considered and passed over, and why. SIMPLE BY DESIGN 1. Tell us what they're into. 2. We show the next step. 3. It grows with them. IT LEARNS WHAT ACTUALLY FITS Mark what looks right, wave off what doesn't — already doing this, not my interest, closer to home — and that step refills with a better option. Ask for a gentler on-ramp, more advanced work, more hands-on projects, or something that fits a weekend. Filter every step at once: free only, virtual, in person, credential-earning, portfolio-building, or work-based. PROGRESS THEY CAN SEE DREAMSCORE makes the invisible work of figuring out your future visible — a score, a level, and a breakdown of how complete the profile is and how far the skills reach. It rises as they fill in their Career Wallet and move through their pathway. EVERY FUTURE IS A REAL FUTURE College, trade school, military, or their own thing. DREAMSTREAM doesn't rank them. Nearly 40% of the skills a job requires are set to change by 2030 (World Economic Forum, Future of Jobs Report 2025) — so the point isn't picking the right job title at 15. It's building the durable skills that travel: creative thinking, resilience, flexibility, collaboration. FREE FOR FAMILIES No credit card. No catch. We'll never charge a family to plan their own child's future. YOUR RECORD, YOUR FAMILY The record belongs to your family. We don't sell your information. You can read your profile, edit it, or delete your account and everything in it from inside the app, any time. BESIDE YOUR SCHOOL, NEVER INSTEAD OF IT DREAMSTREAM doesn't replace a counselor, a teacher, or a parent. It's the clear next step for the nights when nobody knows where to start. WHO IT'S FOR High school students in grades 9-12 and college students, plus the parents helping them. Middle school support is coming.
