Niveocare

Niveocare Patient is the patient-facing companion to the Niveocare clinical platform used by affiliated healthcare facilities. It gives a patient secure mobile access to the medical record their own care provider already holds. It is not a standalone medical service: it does not diagnose, prescribe, triage, or provide clinical decision support. All clinical content is authored by licensed clinicians in the facility systems and displayed to the patient unaltered. ACCESS MODEL An account is only usable when it corresponds to an existing patient record at an affiliated facility. New users register with a phone number, verify it with a one-time passcode, set a password, and accept the terms before any clinical data is released. FEATURES - My Health - vitals and measurements. Body measurements are patient-editable, BMI is calculated automatically, and clinically recorded values such as blood pressure are read-only. - Medical Profile - the personal health record: clinical data, personal information, family and marital details. - Lab Results - laboratory tests with full per-test result detail. - My Medications - currently and previously prescribed medications. - Vaccines - vaccination history. - Appointments - upcoming and past appointments with the care facility. - Letters - medical letters and documents issued by the provider. - Certificates - medical certificates, including fitness certificates, viewable in-app and verifiable by a third party against our verification service. - Patient Card - a Niveocare Health ID card with a scannable code used to start a visit at the facility reception. - Insurance - active insurance coverage details. - Care Facilities - browse and select a care center. - Messages - private correspondence with the patient's own care facility, including a direct channel to a healthcare professional. This is one-to-one patient-to-clinician messaging, not public or social user-generated content. Patients cannot post publicly and cannot contact other patients. - Give Access - the patient generates a secure, time-limited link granting a healthcare provider temporary access to their medical files, and can revoke it. Delegated access is always patient-initiated. - Health Advices - a searchable library of evidence-based clinical guides. - Shop - a read-only catalogue covering monitoring and diagnostic products, and a Pharmacy tab listing medicines stocked at affiliated pharmacies. Medicines are reserved by telephone. There is no cart, no checkout, no payment processing, and no in-app purchase anywhere in the app. - Account management - profile editing, password change, and account deletion. The app is available in English and French, selected from the device language with an in-app override. Language affects the interface only; no feature is gated by language or region.
