About Triq
Triq connects people in Algeria with verified drivers nearby: tow trucks, rides with a professional driver, and moving trucks. You see the fare before you confirm, the request goes to the right drivers around you, and you follow them live on the map. TOW Your car stopped? One tap sends an emergency request with where you are and what you drive. It reaches every tow operator around you at once, and the circle widens until somebody takes it. You can also book a tow for a later date and time. RIDES Ask for a ride with a professional driver, choose the car category and see the fare first. Ask now, or book for later. MOVING TRUCKS Choose the size of truck that fits, with or without helpers. A moving truck is yours alone: one customer per truck. TRIPS Drivers and trucks announce where they are going. Join one that suits you, or ask for your own, now or for later. MY VEHICLE Add your vehicle and the company that insures it and receive a 10% code for a tow, a ride or a move. Once Triq verifies your vehicle you get a verified badge and codes regularly. COMPANIES AND FLEETS Dealerships, rental agencies, garages and transport companies can manage their vehicles, insurance and inspection dates, see their drivers on the map and follow every tow. FOR DRIVERS AND OPERATORS Choose the service you want to do: tow, rides or moving. Send the documents for that service, and once they are checked you receive the requests meant for you, and only those. You can add another service later. You are never charged to receive a request. PAY THE DRIVER DIRECTLY You pay the driver in cash at the end of the job. Triq does not take your payment and never asks for card details. IN YOUR LANGUAGE Arabic, French, English and Spanish, with full right-to-left layout in Arabic. Built to keep working on a weak connection. Triq is a platform that connects customers with independent drivers and operators. Drivers register their vehicles and documents, and nobody receives requests until their paperwork has been checked.
