About Ayumu — Self-Care & Habits

Think good. Do good. Ayumu turns looking after yourself into something you can actually see. Most habit apps hand you a number and hope you care. Ayumu shows you the hours — real time you invested in your body, your mind, your calm. Six months in, you don't see a score. You see a person who changed. ONE APP, YOUR WHOLE SELF Everything worth doing, one tap from home: • Focus timer — 25, 55, 90 minutes or any length you like • Meditation — guided sessions and a silent timer • Workouts — gym with sets, reps and weights; cardio by time, distance or steps; yoga; and rest days that count • Reading — log the page you're on, finish more books • Breathwork — guided patterns, plus Super Brain Yoga • Water, meals and calories, sleep, mood • Morning and evening journal, gratitude, thought reframing • Your vision — a daily minute with who you're becoming FOOD THAT KNOWS WHERE YOU LIVE 700+ foods in household portions — logging a meal takes seconds, not a search. Your calorie target adapts to how your weight actually moves. TIMERS AND BELLS THAT DON'T GIVE UP Start a session and leave. Lock your phone, switch apps — the timer keeps running and rings a real bell when you're done. A morning bell starts your day; a bedtime bell shows your scorecard. REMINDERS THAT FIT YOU Choose gentle, standard or everything. Every reminder has its own time and can be switched off. After three days of gym in a row, Ayumu suggests a rest day — muscles grow while you recover. YOUR SCORECARD, EVERY NIGHT A single card of what you did today — shareable if you're proud of it, private if you're not. Never your journal, never your weight, never your mood. PROOF YOU'RE CHANGING Levels, streaks with grace days, and milestones — but the part that matters is the record of hours you put in. Add private progress photos, save them back in full quality whenever you like, and watch the difference you can't feel day to day. YOUR DATA IS YOURS No ads. No trackers. No selling anything to anyone. Progress photos and journals are private and only you can open them. Delete your account, and everything goes with it — immediately. Free to use.
