Sobre is an envelope budget for Philippine households. You give every peso a job. Money that arrives is split across envelopes — food, rent, tuition, the bills that land at the same time every month — and whatever is still unassigned is shown plainly instead of hiding inside a total. Nothing is imported for you. You record what happened, which costs a little attention in the first week and is honest afterwards. Sobre does not move money.
