MinyanMinder

MinyanMinder is how a shul actually gets ten people in the room. It replaces the group chat thread, the paper leining list, and the "are we going to have a minyan tonight?" phone calls with one place where everyone RSVPs, every role is assigned, and every reminder fires on its own. FOR MEMBERS • RSVP to any service with one tap — or answer straight from the notification without opening the app • Set a standing schedule once ("I'm there every Monday and Thursday") and stop answering the same question every week • Watch the minyan fill up live, and see the moment it's confirmed • Sign up to lein, lead davening, or give a dvar torah — with a tikkun practice link attached to your aliyah • Reminders timed to your own minyan, and automatically silent from candle lighting through the end of Shabbat • Zmanim, candle lighting, and the week's parsha, calculated for your shul's exact location • Yahrzeits, Hebrew birthdays, and a nightly Sefirat HaOmer count with the bracha and transliteration • Track your own attendance and set a goal FOR GABBAIM • A dashboard of every service, who's coming, and how far you are from your target headcount • Nudge everyone who hasn't responded — one person or all of them — in a single tap • Assign leining aliyah by aliyah, plus chazzan and dvar torah, with suggestions drawn from each member's stated willingness, how long since their last turn, and a flag when it's the portion they leined at their own bar or bat mitzvah • Standing weekly readers and a chazzan rotation, so you're never re-deciding from scratch • Service times as a fixed clock time, or a zmanim rule that recalculates itself every single day • Blackout dates, one-off time changes, cancellations, and announcements with ready-made templates • Printable Pre-Shabbat and Pre-Yom Tov reports — every zman, the full leining schedule, and every assignment on one page • Attendance forecasts and history, so you can spot who's quietly drifted away and might appreciate a call • Threaded messages, group chats, polls, photos, and reactions • A guest RSVP link for visitors, a QR join link for new members, and a calendar feed for everyone BUILT ON THE REAL CALENDAR Shabbat, Yom Tov, Rosh Chodesh, Selichot, and the Omer are handled automatically, Ashkenazi or Sephardic. Mark a minyan egalitarian or not, and quorum counting, sign-ups, and stats all follow. GETTING STARTED MinyanMinder is set up one community at a time. You'll need an invitation or a join link from your shul's Gabbai to sign in. If you'd like to bring it to your minyan, reach us at [email protected].
