What’s new
Version 1.1 · Updated September 18, 2026
Now you can hear it. Tap the speaker on any card to hear the phrase — and its example sentence — read aloud in Japanese. Like the rest of the app, it works offline. Also new: Jargon Japan Premium, an optional upgrade that adds a second set of phrases, each with its own comic card, example sentence, and usage guide. The free phrases stay free, and you still don't need an account.
