About Time to Tug

Foreskin restoration works through consistency, not intensity. A few short sessions a day, most days, for a long time. The practice isn't the hard part. Remembering is — and then still remembering six months from now. That's what this is for. REMINDERS ON YOUR HOURS Pick the window you want to be nudged in. You get one tap an hour inside it, and silence outside it. When life gets in the way, snooze for the rest of the day, until a set time, or for a couple of hours. A TIMER YOU DON'T HAVE TO THINK ABOUT Tap the reminder and the stopwatch is already running. A ring fills as you go, a chime and a tap on the wrist tell you when you've hit your target, and the session logs itself. You never take out your phone or read anything. Pick a length between one and five minutes. Sessions stop on their own at five, so you won't find one still running in your pocket an hour later. ON YOUR WATCH FACE Add the complication and today's count sits inside the mark, right on your watch face — full color on Multicolor faces, tinted to match on the rest. Before your first session of the day there's no number at all, just the mark. Tap it and the next session starts. A HISTORY THAT DOESN'T NAG Every session is kept. The iPhone app charts them across 30 days, 12 weeks, or 12 months with a moving average, so you can read the trend instead of the noise. There's no streak counter, and that's deliberate. You're measuring this in months and years, and a number that drops to zero over one bad day is a good way to talk yourself out of continuing. You get a rolling count of active days in the last week instead. It absorbs a bad day without erasing the good ones. YOURS, AND NOBODY ELSE'S No account, no sign-in. No analytics, no ads, no tracking, no third-party code of any kind. Your sessions stay on your devices and in your own private iCloud, syncing between your watch and your phone without ever passing through a server of ours. We couldn't read them if we wanted to. Export everything to CSV whenever you like. NO PHONE REQUIRED The watch app stands on its own. Install it from the Watch App Store and never open the iPhone app if you'd rather not. — This is a timer and a log, not a medical device. It gives no medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Choosing a method and judging safe tension are yours. Stop if you feel pain, numbness, discoloration, or skin damage, and talk to a doctor about anything that worries you.

Fixes for the stopwatch on your wrist. • The timer and progress ring now stay accurate while the screen is dimmed, and the seconds are always shown. • The minute and completion cues now use a stronger vibration with clearer tones.
