Niborz

Hire with confidence. Every review on Niborz is signed by a verified neighbor. No anonymous ratings, no bought reviews, no strangers. How it works A neighbor asks for a plumber. A neighbor who actually hired one answers, under their real name. That answer files itself under the business — so the next person who needs a plumber finds it in one search instead of scrolling four thousand group-chat messages. Your community builds its own directory as people use it. Nearby communities pool what they have learned about the same vendor, so a roofer new to your street arrives already carrying evidence from six others — and you only ever see the count, never who. What you get • A directory of businesses your own neighbors recommend, with how many stand behind each one • Ask your community and get answers from people who paid for the job themselves • Group purchases — eight homes booking one morning costs the crew one trip, and they price it that way • A marketplace for the stroller, the ladder, the dining table — inside your community, so you know who is at the door • Your HOA's documents and emergency numbers, in one place Private by design Niborz is invite-only. Your community is not searchable and not public. Your home address is seen only by your community admin, for verification — never by other residents, and never sent anywhere else. Your phone number is never shown unless you turn it on. Free for residents. Always.
