OfferSheet: Creator Deals

You found the perfect creator influencer to market your project. They quoted a number. Now what? OfferSheet is the deal desk in your pocket for anyone hiring influencers — built for small brands doing their first collabs, priced like a tool, not a platform. WHAT A DEAL REALLY PAYS Enter their typical views and your money. OfferSheet judges what the deal actually costs per 1,000 views — the number the whole industry prices on — against benchmarks that adjust for the platform (TikTok views cost less than YouTube views) and the content category (finance content commands more than lifestyle). A verdict stays pinned at the top of the screen while you adjust terms: Strong value. Fair. Pricey. Overpaying. No marketing degree required. The app translates as it goes. THREE WAYS TO STRUCTURE A DEAL Flat fee — one price, simplest. Pay for views — part guaranteed upfront, the rest paid as views deliver toward a goal. Protects you if the video flops. Base + bonus — a guaranteed base plus a capped bonus for every full 1,000 views past a threshold. Motivates them to push it. Switch between structures and see what you'd pay at every outcome — a weak video, a typical one, a hit — before you commit to anything. HANDLE THE NEGOTIATION When they counter, type their number in. OfferSheet judges their ask on the same scale as your offer and suggests a fair counter. You'll know in seconds whether you're haggling over a fair rate or a fantasy. SEND A REAL OFFER Turn the deal into a clean, one-page PDF offer sheet: what they post, by when, what's guaranteed, and exactly what they earn at every view count — the payout table most brands won't show. Creators notice the transparency. Deals close faster when nobody's guessing. SETTLE UP HONESTLY When the campaign ends, enter the real view count. OfferSheet computes exactly what you owe under the agreed terms and keeps the record. Every settled deal becomes your own private benchmark — real numbers from your real deals. FREE AND PRO The calculator is free, forever: structure deals, get verdicts, evaluate counters, preview offer sheets. One saved deal at a time. OfferSheet Pro is a single one-time purchase — no subscription: Unlimited saved deals, tracked from draft to settled Send offer sheets as PDFs PRIVATE BY DESIGN, SMARTER TOGETHER Your deals stay on your device — no account, no tracking, no analytics. We can't read your deals. When you settle one, an anonymous statistic (platform, category, and rate range — never names or exact figures) joins the community benchmark so everyone prices smarter. One switch in Settings turns it off. A note on the benchmarks: creator pricing has no official rate card. OfferSheet's bands are guardrails built from industry ranges — designed to keep you out of bad deals, not to quote you a market price. Your own settled deals become the benchmark that matters.
