AsFound

Proof of how you found it. AsFound helps you create a clear record of condition before you drive away, check in, hand something over, receive a delivery, or when damage matters. Instead of guessing which photos to take, choose a guided Proof Pack and AsFound walks you through the important views and details. Use AsFound for: • Rental cars • Rental properties • Hotels and short-term stays • Insurance claims and damage • Vehicle servicing and handovers • Equipment hire • Deliveries and contents • Custom Proof Packs Guided evidence capture Follow a practical checklist for the situation you are documenting. Mark condition as Good, Existing Damage, Missing or Not Applicable where supported, and add extra supporting photos when needed. Before and after For supported journeys, create an As Found record at collection or check-in, then create an As Left record when returning, handing over or checking out. Matched evidence can be reviewed visually side by side. Keep the important details together Your Proof Pack can include photos, capture times, notes, condition records, vehicle or booking details, odometer and fuel readings, and available location information. Evidence fingerprints When a Proof Pack is completed, preserved evidence files receive SHA-256 fingerprints that can help detect later changes to those files. Create a shareable Proof Pack Completed records can be previewed as a PDF and shared or saved for your own records. Privacy first AsFound is designed around local-first evidence capture. Core Proof Pack information remains on your device unless you choose to export or share it. Whether you are collecting a rental car, moving into a property, checking into accommodation, receiving equipment or documenting work, AsFound helps you record how you found it.
