CareVieo is the mobile companion for home care agencies. Caregivers, coordinators, and family members use CareVieo to manage daily care activities, schedules, visits, documentation, and communication from one secure app. Access requires an account provided by your home care agency. CareVieo is not a consumer marketplace and does not provide medical services directly. Location helps verify caregiver arrival and departure at authorized visit locations. Location is only collected according to agency settings and active visit requirements. CAMERA AND PHOTOS Camera access allows users to upload credentials, profile images, and authorized visit-related documents. NOTIFICATIONS Notifications help caregivers and teams receive important schedule updates, reminders, and messages. BIOMETRICS Biometric authentication may be used for faster and secure app access when enabled by the user. CareVieo does not sell personal information or health data.
