About FV2 Gym

FV2 Gym is the companion app for members of FV2 Gym in Duhok. YOUR PROGRAM, FROM YOUR COACH Your captain builds your training course and hands it to you in the app. Open it on the gym floor, work through each day, and mark sessions done as you go. TRACK WHAT YOU DO Log your sets and weights, follow your calorie and protein targets, record your water, and watch your body metrics move over time. Your logs and history are stored on your phone and keep working without a connection. TALK TO A REAL COACH Message your captain directly. Ask about a movement, a substitution, or your week — and get an answer from the person who wrote your plan. AI COACH, IF YOU WANT IT An optional AI assistant for training and nutrition questions. It is off until you turn it on: before your first message the app tells you exactly what would be shared and with whom, and you can withdraw permission at any time in Settings. YOUR MEMBER CARD A QR member card for the café counter, plus FV2 wallet credit for what you buy in the gym. STAY IN TOUCH WITH THE GYM Announcements from the FV2 team reach you directly — schedule changes, offers, and important notices — and you choose which kinds you want. IN YOUR LANGUAGE Full English, Kurdish (Badini) and Arabic, with right-to-left layout. FV2 Gym is for members of the physical gym. Membership itself is arranged at reception, not in the app. The app does not provide medical advice — talk to a qualified professional about any condition or injury.

What’s new

Version 1.2.0 · Updated October 17, 2026

• Fixed an issue where workouts, meals and weigh-ins could disappear when the same account was used on more than one device. Your history is now combined across your devices instead of replaced. • Your course keeps going: after you've done every day, it continues from the start, and Workouts always shows your next session first. • Pyramid sets: your captain can give a different number of reps for each set (for example 14, 10, 8), and your workout counts each one. • Recent Activity has one card per month, with your number of workouts and your heaviest set. • AI Coach: start a chat by choosing English, Arabic or Kurdish. If it can't answer, it now says so clearly in your language. • Exercise videos are saved after the first play and show the movement while they load. Courses you download for offline use now stay on your phone until you remove them. • For captains: the coach app is back on the phone, with members, courses, meal plans and measurements. Tap an exercise in a course to watch its video, and find a member by the four characters on their card. • Other fixes and improvements.
