Gala Engine

Gala Engine is the field app for party and event rental companies. See exactly today's jobs: which truck, which stops, in what order, and the packing list for each one. • THE DAY'S ROUTE — every delivery and pickup for your truck, in order, with addresses, time windows and the customer's name and number. • WHAT TO LOAD — the full load list per stop: tents, inflatables, tables, chairs, generators. Counted out at the warehouse and counted back on at each address. • ON-SITE — site notes that matter ("soft ground, stake the north side only", "gate code 4412"), setup checklists, and photo capture as proof of delivery. • STATUS AS IT HAPPENS — mark a stop en route, arrived, done. The office sees it live instead of calling to ask. • PICKUPS TOO — the return leg is a stop like any other, so nothing gets left on a lawn over the weekend. • THE REST OF THE BUSINESS — bookings, inventory, customers and their history are all here when you need them, the same records your office uses on the web. Built for rental operators: bounce houses and inflatables, tents and marquees, tables and chairs, staging, power and concessions. WORKS WITH INFLATABLE OFFICE Already running your bookings in Inflatable Office? Gala Engine imports your open orders automatically — deliveries, inventory items, packing lists — and turns them into a routed delivery day for your crew. Your office keeps working the way it already does; your drivers get an app. A Gala account is required. Ask your administrator for access. Inflatable Office is a trademark of its respective owner. Gala Engine is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by it.
