About CarryRoute: CCW Navigation

CarryRoute turns an interstate drive into a focused, profile-aware jurisdiction itinerary. Enter addresses or choose Current Location, then CarryRoute uses Apple Maps for the driving path and identifies detected state, county, city, tribal, and applicable special layers along the route. Review concise, dated reference summaries first, then open the linked official sources when you need more detail. Features include: - Route planning with ordered stops, overnight stays, and user-selected jurisdiction avoidance - Current Location as an optional, user-initiated starting point - Resident and non-resident permit, transport, firearm, magazine, and ammunition context - Meaningful state, county, city, tribal, and special-jurisdiction changes - Border Prep Stops before selected state transitions - Possible sensitive-place reminders for verification near selected stops - Thin, tappable route sections colored by jurisdiction—not legal risk - Selectable jurisdiction outlines and exact border-transition markers - Concise Trip Brief cards with dated official-source links and deeper research on demand - Native CarPlay guidance for prepared trips, with short jurisdiction and preparation reminders - Shareable Trip Reference PDFs - Recent and favorite trips - CarryRoute Pro offline itineraries - CarryRoute Pro jurisdiction-boundary and official-source change alerts CarryRoute is not a law firm, legal service, or legal advice. It gathers official-source references for convenience and does not approve legal conclusions or guarantee that every law, source, or boundary is complete or current. You remain responsible for opening the linked official text, checking current law, deciding how it applies to your circumstances, and every travel or carry decision. No applicable reference found does not mean no restriction exists. Verify the current official sources for each jurisdiction before acting. What’s new

Version 1.0.17 · Updated September 19, 2026

Trip Brief now combines consecutive route sections that share the same state-level references, so repeated state cards no longer look like duplicate errors. True state re-entry points and meaningful county, city, tribal, and special-jurisdiction differences remain available for drill-down. Route labels and accessibility presentation are also clearer. Existing CarPlay guidance, Border Prep Stops, jurisdiction avoidance, sensitive-place reminders, and profile-aware references are preserved.
