Prep: Cookbook to List

Cook from physical cookbooks? Prep turns the ingredient list into your grocery list. Snap a photo of any ingredient list, and Prep turns it into a checkable shopping list - right on your iPhone, no account, nothing uploaded. SNAP AND GO Point your camera at an ingredient list and get a clean, checkable list in seconds. Recipe spread across two pages? Add another photo, and it folds right in. COOKING MORE THAN ONE THING? Scan a few recipes, and they merge into one list. Shared ingredients combine, and every item remembers which recipe needs it. STAPLES SET ASIDE Salt, oil, and the usual suspects you probably have are set aside automatically - one tap brings any of them back. EASY TO FIX No scan is perfect, and Prep doesn't pretend to be. Tap any item to edit it, tap X to remove it, and check things off as you shop. A LITTLE CELEBRATION Check off the last item and you get confetti and a "Ready to cook!" card. Then go make something good. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Everything runs on your device. No account, no server, no analytics, no tracking. The privacy label simply reads "Data Not Collected." Prep requires an iPhone 15 Pro or newer with Apple Intelligence for recipe scanning. From One Missing Pixel - small, focused apps for one good habit at a time.
