Built for independent contractors, handyman businesses and service professionals, JobFlow keeps job details, expenses, work photos and payment records together. ESTIMATES AND INVOICES Create estimates manually or prepare AI-assisted drafts from descriptions, voice recordings, photos or files. Review quantities and prices before saving. Keep optional work separate. Create an invoice with AI, from a project estimate, or manually for a quick job. PROJECTS AND EXPENSES Organize clients, tasks and reusable labor and material items. See invoice totals, or estimate totals before invoicing, alongside recorded expenses and estimated profit. Record materials, subcontractors, equipment rental, tools, transport and other costs. Scan receipts with AI, review each purchase and exclude items that do not belong to the project. Estimated profit is the document total minus recorded expenses, not money received or a complete accounting statement. IPHONE AND WEB Use the same JobFlow account at jobflowoffice.com. Approve website sign-in with a QR code on your iPhone or use email sign-in. Synchronize project records and your company logo. Optional Photos & Files synchronization makes supported task photos and receipt attachments available to your other signed-in devices and the website. Review conflicts when the same record changes on two devices. Files that have not been synchronized can be lost if the device is lost or the app is removed. PAYMENTS WITH STRIPE Connect Stripe in Settings to accept customer card payments through shareable invoice links. On supported iPhones and eligible Stripe accounts, accept contactless cards and digital wallets with Tap to Pay on iPhone. Complete Stripe onboarding and Apple setup first. Record cash or other payments and track the remaining balance. Availability depends on country, account, device and iOS version. Stripe processing fees are separate from JobFlow Pro. PROFESSIONAL DOCUMENTS Share estimates, invoices, payment receipts and project reports as PDFs. Arrange Before/After photos, leave a matching cell empty when needed, and optionally include expense tables and receipt images. Add your company logo to documents and the JobFlow payment page. Use a verified App Store Pro subscription on iPhone and the website with the same JobFlow account. Purchase and manage the subscription on iPhone. AI usage limits apply. AI requires internet access and permission to send selected content through JobFlow's server to OpenAI. Review descriptions, quantities, prices and receipt amounts before use.
