Formly: AI Sports Coach

Formly is a fitness app that analyzes exercise technique from your training videos. Review movements such as squats, deadlifts and running, with AI-generated feedback, suggested drills and progress reports. HOW IT WORKS Record a set, or pick a clip you already have. Formly reads the whole movement — the setup, the hard part, and the finish — and comes back with: • A form score and an estimated potential score based on suggested corrections; improvement is not guaranteed • Three specific things you're doing right, not generic praise • Two or three corrections, ranked, so you know what to work on first • Suggested drills with sets and reps to work on the top issue • One focused goal for your next session Your first form check is free. No card, no trial to remember to cancel. WORKS FOR WHAT YOU ACTUALLY TRAIN Squats, deadlifts, bench, presses, olympic lifts, running form, jumps, throws, and most sport-specific movement. If you're not sure what to call it, Formly works it out from the video. TRACK YOUR PROGRESS Every form check is saved. See your score trend over time, spot what is improving, and open any past report to see what you were working on. HEAR IT, SEE IT LIVE Tap Listen and your report is read to you in a natural coach's voice. While a check runs, follow it on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island. Light, Dark or Automatic: Formly follows your iPhone. YOUR CLIPS STAY YOURS We don't keep your clip. It's sent to our AI provider for the analysis and is not stored on our servers afterwards — they hold it briefly under their own terms, and nobody at Formly can go back and watch it. What's saved is the written report, in your account, and you can delete saved checks and request account deletion in the app. Limited records may be retained for security, fraud prevention or legal obligations, as explained in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data. TRAIN WITH YOUR PEOPLE Groups are private and joined with a code. Publish a check when you want to — it's off by default, per check, and switching it off takes it back. Your group sees the score and the report, never your video, and a weekly board shows how everyone's tracking. Anyone can write a simple workout plan for the group and attach their checks to it. Group content menus let you report shared content and block other members. Content removal controls depend on whether you own the content or manage the group. FORMLY PRO Pro lets you check form as you train, with a fair-use monthly ceiling. • Monthly — billed monthly, renews automatically until you cancel • Annual — eligible subscribers receive a 3-day free trial, then are billed yearly; renews automatically until you cancel Prices are shown in your local currency before you confirm. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Manage or cancel any time from the Profile tab or your device's subscription settings; cancelling at least 24 hours before the period ends stops the next renewal. A NOTE ON WHAT THIS IS Formly is a training tool, not a medical one. It gives educational and informational feedback on movement, and it can be wrong. It is not a substitute for a doctor, a physio, or a qualified coach — talk to one before starting or changing a programme, especially if you're carrying an injury.
