Running a tour means managing all of the large and small details for every show including venue info, labor calls, riders, schedules, hospitality, production notes, files, and more. Advance with Me gives your team one organized place to manage that process from the first venue request through load-out. The Advance with Me platform is where your team builds and manages each advance, while the mobile app keeps the latest show information accessible wherever the day takes you. Spend less time searching for information and more time focused on the show. Advance every show from one place Each tour date gets its own organized advance with structured sections for venue information, production, hospitality, labor, schedules, notes, and files. Statuses make it easy to see what's confirmed, what's outstanding, and what still needs attention without digging through emails or comparing versions. Turn venue documents into usable data Upload a venue tech pack or rider and let AI-assisted intake pull relevant information into editable fields. Review it. Confirm it. Keep moving. Instead of manually retyping information from PDFs, your team can start with structured data that's ready to work with. Build it once. Use it all tour. Save riders, labor calls, schedules, and advance structures as reusable templates. When the next city comes up, you're not staring at another blank advance. Start from the process you've already built and adapt it for the next show. Give everyone exactly what they need Invite venues and local production directly into the relevant parts of an advance without exposing the entire tour. Outside collaborators can provide the information they're responsible for, while your internal team maintains visibility across the full advance. Less back-and-forth. Less noise. A clearer handoff for everyone involved. Generate documents from what's current Create clean, professional PDFs for advances, labor calls, and daysheets directly from your current system data. No rebuilding documents at the last minute. No wondering whether the PDF someone has is three versions behind. Built for life on the road Advance with Me helps tour and production teams: Keep one current and collaborative source for every show Advance multiple cities with a repeatable process Reduce manual entry with AI-assisted document intake Reuse riders, schedules, labor calls, and advance templates Keep venue and local-production collaboration focused Track confirmed and outstanding information Access the latest show information from your phone Generate polished advances, labor calls, and daysheets Every show is different. Your process shouldn’t have to be. Here's what a few of our fans had to say: "AdvanceWithMe has been a complete game changer for our team. Before using it, I'd wake up to well over 100 emails a day. Now, everything is organized exactly where I need it, when I need it." Audrey McGrady - Talent Manager, Grand Ole Opry "Advance With Me is an extremely well thought out and navigable site built by folks who have all toured and really know what it takes to advance a show well. They've covered all the bases for every type of show advance, but also left ways to customize exactly what you want to see. At 47, even a dinosaur like me can fly around and learn it." Jordan Powell - Director of Production, Emporium Presents "Advance With Me has become an essential part of how we prep for show days on the road with Flatland Cavalry. Michael has built a platform that takes the chaos out of advancing and puts everything we need - logistics, contacts, production details - in one clean, organized place." Joe Adams - Tour Manager, Flatland Cavalry
