Punchlee: Punch List & 3D Scan

Walk the room with an iPhone Pro or iPad Pro (LiDAR) and Punchlee draws the floor plan: every wall, door and window measured, in 3D. Photo what's wrong, circle it, and it's pinned on the plan right where it is. Your crew gets a link, the app is free for them, and they close each item with a photo. "The first punch list app that actually feels built for how we work on site instead of how software people think we work." Or, contractor, App Store review. 3D FLOOR PLANS WITH EVERY ITEM PINNED (PRO) Walk the rooms with an iPhone Pro (LiDAR) and Punchlee draws the floor plan: every wall, door and window measured, with room names and square footage. Turn it in 3D, tap a wall or window for its size, and see every punch list item as a pin where it is. Measure with the camera or a Bluetooth laser, then share the plan or put it in the PDF report. FREE FOR YOUR CREW Send a link. Your crew, subs, owners and inspectors get Punchlee free and land right in the job, in their own language. Anyone who marks work done does it with a photo, so you know who did what. A QR CODE ON EVERY DOOR Print one code per apartment and stick it on the door. Scan it and that apartment's list opens, room by room. Print a sheet for a whole building in one tap, with the address and unit number on every code. PHOTO PROOF, BOTH WAYS Take the photo, circle what is wrong, assign it. Your sub sends an after photo. You approve with one tap or send it back. No more "it's done" calls that turn out not to be true. 37 LANGUAGES, ONE LIST English, Spanish, Polish, Chinese, Hebrew, Portuguese, Russian, Ukrainian, Arabic and 28 more. Each person sees the list in their own language, and what they type is translated for everyone else. EVERYTHING ELSE YOU NEED ON A JOB Works offline and syncs when you are back in signal. A satellite map showing where every photo was taken. Plans, permits and specs one tap away. One-tap updates by text, WhatsApp, email or a PDF report with photos. An AI summary that writes the update for you. A watch app for quick approvals. EASY FOR EVERYONE Easy reading gives larger, bolder text, stronger contrast and calmer motion. A left-handed option moves the side buttons to the left, Sun mode is black on white for bright daylight, every button is labeled for VoiceOver, and you choose 12 or 24 hour time. WHO IT IS FOR General contractors, remodelers, custom home builders, cabinet and countertop installers, property managers and anyone who walks a job and needs it finished.
