Opally

Answer guests in seconds. Keep the work moving. Opally gives hotel teams AI agents for email, chat, and calls – tailored to your hotel's operations. The iPhone app brings the conversations and actions that need your attention into one clear place. With your existing Opally account, you can: - review pending agent actions with the guest request, proposed reply, and safety information in context; - approve eligible guest replies or reject actions that need another approach; - review, edit, and send your personal email drafts; - follow conversations across supported external messaging channels and webchat; - reply on supported external channels; - review call details, then call a guest back from your iPhone; - receive optional reminders when something needs attention. Your team stays in control. Workspace permissions, confirmation steps, and additional verification for sensitive actions protect your work. Opally for iPhone is available to staff at existing Opally customer organizations. Your organization provisions and manages access; public account creation is not available in the app.
