Cabana: planner & to-do list

Cabana is a beautiful digital planner for everyday life. Somewhere to put everything floating around your brain, organise it nicely, and actually want to look at it. HOWEVER IT COMES INTO YOUR HEAD Hold the microphone and talk it all out, and Cabana sorts what you said into tasks on the right days. Snap the list on the fridge and that becomes tasks too. The photo's read on your phone and stays there. Your plan has its own email address as well, so forward the school letter or the booking confirmation and the tasks wait behind the bell. Or just type, or paste in the messy note you wrote at 2am. However it arrives, you get a look before anything lands in your plan. On iOS 18 and later you can add things without touching your phone at all. Say "Hey Siri, add to my Cabana", tell it what, and it goes on the right day. You can start talking from Control Centre, the Lock Screen or the Action button too. YOUR CALENDAR AND YOUR LISTS, FINALLY IN ONE PLACE Most of us keep a calendar in one app, a to-do list in another, and about forty notes we can never find again. Cabana puts them together, and organises your lists around your days instead of the other way round. Open the month to see the shape of it, or the week to see each day in full. Watch the little ring fill up as you tick things off. Done the lot and not ticked a thing? Tap the ring and it ticks off whatever's left. A STAMP FOR EVERY DAY YOU FINISH Tick off everything on a day and a stamp lands in your passport the next morning. Fill a page and it gets sealed. There are stamps for firsts too, and none is ever taken away. BREAK THE BIG SCARY THING INTO SMALL DOABLE ONES Tuck little tasks under big ones, three deep. Tick the big thing off and everything underneath goes with it, which is as satisfying as it sounds. NOT EVERYTHING NEEDS A TIME. SOME THINGS JUST NEED A TUESDAY. The things you haven't picked a day for yet wait in a monthly tray. Bigger piles, like Christmas prep or the house move, get a note of their own in Bits & bobs. Give a task a day whenever it earns one. SET IT ONCE, NEVER REWRITE IT AGAIN Pilates every Tuesday, bins on a Thursday, ringing your mum. One task with a rule, not forty copies clogging up your month. Move it once and every one of them moves with it. FIND ANYTHING Search every task in every plan, ticked off or not, and tap one to go straight there. SHARE THE BITS YOU WANT TO Share a whole plan, or only one category of it, with whoever you choose. Your colleague gets the launch plan, not your Thursday dentist appointment. The little bell at the top tells you what they've added and ticked off. MAKE IT YOURS Seven colourways for the stripes, a seasonal design now and then, and every category in a colour of your own. If you're going to spend your life doing admin, it may as well be cute. ON YOUR HOME SCREEN Widgets for today, this week and the whole month that keep themselves up to date, and even the smallest one shows your next three things. There are gentle reminders as well, a morning summary and an evening round-up among them, all off until you turn them on. NO SIGNAL, NO PROBLEM Down on the Tube, Cabana still opens on your plan. Anything you change turns up on your laptop once you're back above ground. WHAT IT COSTS Your first month is free when you subscribe, and if you cancel before it ends you won't pay a penny. After that it's £29.99 a year or £2.99 a month for all of it (or about the same in your own currency), and everyone you share a plan with uses it for free. If you ever stop, your plan stays where it is, still yours to read and download. YOUR PLAN IS YOURS We don't sell your data and there's no advertising. Your plans are encrypted on our server, and you can take it all with you, or remove the lot, whenever you like.
