About Chiong Lab: Your Study Buddy

Chiong Lab makes O-Level revision something you do daily rather than the night before. Physics is hard to revise from a textbook, because the ideas only click when you change a number and watch the diagram answer back. So the lessons here are built around diagrams you drive: move a slider, flip a cell, tilt a ramp, and the current, the forces and the meter readings all move with it. WHAT IS IN THE APP - 127 lessons across all 20 topics of the Pure Physics 6091 syllabus - Measurement and kinematics, through forces, moments, pressure, energy, the kinetic model, thermal physics, waves, light and sound, to electricity, magnetism, electromagnetism and electromagnetic induction - 2,203 exam-style questions, including a timed exam-level round at the foot of every topic - Interactive diagrams with sliders, switches and live readings - A worked explanation on every question, including the ones you skip HOW THE PRACTICE WORKS Questions you get wrong come back sooner, and the ones you know come back rarely, so your time goes where it is actually needed. A daily streak, XP and three daily quests keep the habit going, and a notebook keeps every question you got wrong so you can go back to it. WRITTEN FOR THE EXAM Explanations name the word that earns the mark. Units and significant figures are treated as marks rather than pedantry, because that is how they are graded. Every question is the kind the syllabus actually sets. PLAY AS A GUEST, OR MAKE A PROFILE Every lesson and question is inside the app, so a guest can revise on the bus with no account and no signal. A free profile is optional: it keeps your progress on our server so it follows you to another device, and it opens a weekly leaderboard, friends, an optional public profile and a shared feed where you can cheer each other on. You must be 13 or older to create one, and you can delete it at any time from ME > Settings. NO ADS, NOTHING TO BUY There is no advertising, no subscription and no in-app purchase. Every lesson in the app is available to everyone from the first launch.

What’s new

Version 1.1.4 · Updated October 3, 2026

Light diagrams fixed, and questions show their animation first. - Every light ray now meets the surface it bounces from and reaches the eye, and the prism bends light the right way. - When a question depends on seeing something move, its animation plays before you choose. - The electrical power lessons use the syllabus words: power and power rating. - Fixed a freeze after answering in some lessons, and the close button always works. - Privacy and safety improvements for profiles, the leaderboard and notifications.
