About My InnerSelfie

My InnerSelfie translates what your body is telling you. Based on your DNA, your microbiome and your lifestyle, you get an integrated reading of your health — not isolated numbers, but connections in plain language. With the app: • View your personal reports and themes (nutrition, immunity, recovery, sport, focus, wellbeing). • Track your analysis kit: on its way, in the lab, report ready. • Sign in securely with Face ID or Touch ID. My InnerSelfie is a supportive reading, not a medical diagnosis. Your data stays yours: you decide whether and with whom you share it. The analysis itself (sampling kit) is purchased at myinnerselfie.com.
