EVERY SCHOOL DAY, KEPT • Mark attendance in one tap, and log instructional hours if your state counts them. • See days and hours against your year's goal at a glance, for each student. • Tap any day on the calendar to see what was logged, or open it to record attendance, hours, activities (with an optional curriculum) and the books they read. • An optional daily nudge at the hour you choose, so the log never falls behind. THEIR YEAR, IN ORDER • Snap a worksheet, a project, a field trip, a milestone - with the camera, the document scanner or your photo library - and it's filed by student, subject, date and type. • Add more than one photo to a keepsake; photos are scaled down and stripped of location data before they're saved. • Browse the scrapbook by month, filter by subject or type, and share a single keepsake as a taped polaroid card. RECORDS, PRINT-READY • Four PDF documents, each with a preview, to hand over, email or print: Attendance log (calendar or list), Activities log (by date or by subject, with each lesson's curriculum), Reading log (titles, authors and pages) and Keepsake pictures (every photo with its title and date). • Print the whole school year, a month, or any dates you choose - a quarter, a semester - and every document follows. • Optional grades stay private - they appear only in the PDFs you choose to export, never on anything you share. YOUR STATE, SUGGESTED • Pick your state and the app proposes typical settings - attendance on or off, hours on or off, a days or hours goal - with a short plain-English summary of what's usually expected.
