Germanium: Satzbau & Mehr

I tried the green bird app, but I didn't feel like I was actually learning much, and I never had a good sense of my progress. I ended up more stressed about keeping streaks alive, especially on days without internet, than about the language itself. So I built an app for myself instead: one that would actually help me learn German. I wanted something small and free, without streaks, that works completely offline, so I can practice even on a plane. A colleague who saw me using the app asked if I'd share it, so here it is. There are: - no ads - no paywalls - no purchases - nothing to unlock At its core, the app is built around sentence-building practice (Satzbau). As you arrange grammatically correct sentences, you encounter different words, topics, and grammatical structures. You learn vocabulary in context, through the connections between words: prepositions, word order, and the tone of the sentence, rather than as isolated flashcards. It's designed for short moments: waiting for a bus, a break between classes, a few minutes before bed.
